1. Platform use

hogyvagy provides an online platform for discovering, requesting and managing physiotherapy services. Creating an account does not by itself guarantee an appointment or therapist assignment.

2. Appointments

Appointment requests are subject to service availability, therapist availability, location coverage and confirmation. The platform may provisionally match a therapist before the visit is confirmed.

3. Patient information

Users must provide accurate contact, appointment and location information and should update information when it changes.

4. Professional services

Physiotherapy is provided by the treating professional within their qualifications, registration and professional scope. Platform information should not be treated as a substitute for an emergency medical service.

5. Changes

hogyvagy may update platform features, service availability and these terms. The published version should identify the effective date.
